Born in 1977, Moscow.
In 2000 graduated from State Art and Industrial University named after S. Stroganov with honor.
Since 2000 has been a member of Moscow Artists’ Union and Moscow Designers’ Union.
Participant of exhibitions in Russia and abroad. Held a few personal exhibitions.
His paintings and etchings are dedicated to philosophic issues, history,
literature, diplomacy and international cultural connections.
His works are in museums and galleries in Russia and abroad.

 

 In Denis’s works we can see the sounds of metaphysic art of the last century,
in the building of space involving the viewer into the flight, freeing him from materialism.

Synthesis of plastic and color freedom,
dimensional thinking born from Christian basis and knowing the European tradition,
perfection of classic drawing and philosophic themes create the style of Denis Macievsky.
