Born in 1970 in Kishinyov.
1987 -1991 Art College named after Repin
1993 - 1999 Art Academy named after Repin,
department of painting and restoration.
In the 4th year  at the Academy Artur
practiced restoration in the State Russian Museum
and for two more years he spent more attention to this.
He studied the technique and palette of each Master,
especially Serov, Repin, Semiradsky, Feshin and Vrubel. 
Artur considers these artists the best representatives
of Russian academic school.
Besides this, he studies works
of Western artists at the Hermitage.

Participant of numerous exhibitions.
