I was born in 1977 in Krasnodarsky Krai.  
In the 30th of the 20th century by the order of Stalin
a few families were deported from Baltic region
to Krasnodarsky Krai (Krasnodar region).
So my father was born in Kuban land
and so my birth and life are connected with this land.

Only now I begin to study myself
and the world through the creativity.
Like a child, by small steps.
I am not a volcano of emotions;
I can compare it with the string, with the sound of the string.
Is what I do in harmony with my feelings and views?
I keep asking myself.
And the answer is my works.

 

 

 

The search of materials was not easy.
I tried various techniques – watercolors, oil, and gouache. 
And I chose tempera.
Its matt surface, depth of the color, velvet effect,
refines is like the part of my character and soul.
I like studying everything around me through painting,
each small detail is interesting. 
The texture of the object and the writing is important.
One leaf can show the mood of the autumn
and to become a key to the painting,
to fill it with content and meaning.

I do not look for conceptual content,
grotesque and epatage,
but I want poetry, truth and harmony.
