He was born in Kazakhstan, 1960.
In 1967 with his father he moved to Altai. 
Since 1980, after military service, he has been living and working in Barnaul.
Since 1987 has been participating in various art exhibitions.
His works are in many private collections both in Russia and abroad.

Artistic non-engagement of works is more often difficult to understand,
absurd and at the same time attracts by its powerful inner breakthrough,
“toyfulness”, rough texture and refinedness.
Any thought in his art is abstract.

    By its canons and rules the artist makes themes more difficult and perfect,
in which there is an inner rebel of the created world,
in the subconscious and melancholic appeal to the irrational.

In his perception, the human is shown not as an individual,
but as an experimental subject of the painting,
where the wholeness is reached through colors,
composition and subjects,
and mathematics algorithm of the nature of his own inventions as well.
